Shipping Policy

At Devaarit, we are dedicated to delivering your purchased products promptly and in impeccable condition.

All orders are dispatched within 3 working days using reliable national carriers unless otherwise specified. We utilize India Post’s Book post/ Speed post/parcel service for delivery in areas where courier services are unavailable.

For orders dispatched through our standard ground shipping methods, you can anticipate delivery within 7-10 business days. However, in remote areas, orders will be sent via India Post’s Book post/ Speed post/parcel service, with delivery times ranging from 1-2 weeks. Please note that business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Upon confirming your order, you will receive an email containing comprehensive order details. Additionally, you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

Please note that your order may arrive in either a single box or multiple boxes, which could be delivered separately by our couriers.

Shipping Charges:

A shipping fee of Rs. 100 will be applied to all orders below Rs. 699.

Shipping charges are waived for orders exceeding Rs. 699.

These charges are determined based on the order value and the delivery location. Once approved, any additional shipping costs will be added to your order. At Devaarit, we aim to provide you with a seamless and efficient delivery experience.

Cancellation Policy:

Customers at Devaarit have the option to cancel their order by sending an email to Support@devaarit.com or via WhatsApp at +91-9244074974 within 12 hours of placing an order, or before the product has been shipped. Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be canceled.

*Some products on which returns are not allowed are clearly marked as “Not returnable” in the Description or in the More Information section.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Devaarit adheres to a strict no-return and no-exchange policy, with the following exception: In the event that a product delivered by us is damaged, customers can request an exchange. Please contact our customer service team at Support@devaarit.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product for assistance with the redressal process.

Note:

If the order is canceled (as per our cancellation policy), lost, or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount, including shipping charges.

If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you return an order delivered to you, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

To ensure on-time delivery, please ensure that all provided shipping details, such as the Shipping Address and Phone Number, are correct. Please include a landmark in your address.

Please do not accept the package if it appears to have been tampered with. If a product is damaged, please inform our customer care immediately at +91-9244074974 via WhatsApp or email us at support@devaarit.com.
